Scheduling an Appointment at the Consulate

It is mandatory for ALL applicants for Student Visas to schedule a physical interview at the Consulate in London. You must do this in advance. You should ideally apply at least 8 weeks before your intended departure date to allow for the maximum processing time.

Appointments are available Monday - Friday: 9.10a.m - 12.55p.m. There are no appointment slots from 11.00a.m - 11.30a.m.

To schedule a visa appointment you will need to make use of the online appointment service at: http://www.turkishconsulate.org.uk/en/visa/start.asp

This will take you to a page outlining the terms and conditions of applying for a Student Visa. Before you are able to select an appointment time, you will need to accept these terms and conditions by placing a tick in the box alongside each point.

Once you have done this, you will be able to book an appointment by clicking on your preferred time and date on the calendar and entering your contact details when prompted.

Attending the Appointment

Make sure you take all of the supporting documents outlined in Step 2 with you to the appointment:

Passport
Passport Photograph
Application Fee
Self-Addressed Envelope

• You are strongly encouraged to arrive promptly for your appointment as scheduled. If you arrive after your scheduled appointment time, you may be refused an interview on that day and will be required to reschedule your interview.
• Expect delays!
